Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ relates to H Packaging Limited. ‘You’ or ‘your’ refers to any customers purchasing goods from H Packaging Ltd.

 

Applications

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to every sale of goods by H Packaging Ltd to any of its customers to the exclusion of any other written terms and conditions not specifically agreed to in writing by ourselves.

 

Payment

Unless a credit account has been opened and confirmed in writing, all goods are supplied on a payment with order basis. You can make payment by Bank Transfer/BACS or via a debit/credit card subject to authorisation.

 

Placing Orders

Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All orders can be placed by either:

Please note that we have a 14:00 deadline for same day dispatch Monday – Friday. All orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day. 

 

We endeavour to deliver all orders within 7 working days of them being placed. If this is not possible, we will notify you via telephone and/or email.            

                                                                                   

Telephone calls using the telephone numbers provided on this website and email correspondence with H Packaging Ltd may be recorded or monitored. By using such communication methods you are consenting to the recording or monitoring of the same.

 

Shortages

Notification of any shortage/damaged goods must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods, with any relevant documentation and proof.

 

Retention of Title

Ownership of goods is not transferred until all monies owing to H Packaging Ltd, either for these or any other goods or on any other account, have been paid in full. At any time pending such payment in full, H Packaging Ltd debt recovery agent may enter the customer’s premises to repossess the goods or any of them, subject, however (unless the customer is in default of his contractual obligations or has become insolvent) to giving reasonable notice of our intention to do so. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the risk shall pass to the customer forthwith upon delivery.

 

Cancellation

To comply with current customer legislation, any order for goods from us can be cancelled at any time up to seven working days after delivery provided H Packaging Ltd are notified in writing within this time. Where goods have already been dispatched, the customer is responsible for their return to H Packaging Ltd in the original condition within 14 days of the cancellation notice. After cancellation, H Packaging Ltd will issue a credit note to the customer.

 

Returns

Where goods are to be returned for whatever reason, you should contact us to obtain a returns reference number. Without this we are unable to arrange a credit or exchange for any goods returned.

 

The responsibility and cost for the return of goods lies with the customer.

 

Product Suitability

H Packaging Ltd cannot be responsible for any liability arising from misuse or incorrect fitting of any product supplied. All items (including special order items) will only be released for dispatch once the item is fully finished and up to a standard to which we are happy with.

 

Governing Law

In the event of any dispute in connection with the sale of goods, such shall be determined by the English Court of Law to whose jurisdiction both parties hereby submit.
